I am a healthy male. 5’10” tall, slim, athletic build, 160lbs. Blue eyes, fair complexion, dark blonde hair. Healthy, clean (d&d free) and energetic. I do not smoke, have abstained from alcohol for last 6 months, have been exercising regularly, with a healthy diet including supplements such as zinc which really help to boost sperm strength and motility.
