Hi ive just found a donor and he wants me to get a contract drawn up to confirm he has no financial rights which is fine but im not sure about the new law around his identity whrn my child turns 18.
Obviously through a clinic he would sign a concent form but hat if its a private arrangement does he still by law have to be contactable?
I need to know to add it to our contract.
