My status since writing my profile has changed somewhat! Un expectantly I became pregnant in 2012 with twin girls! The father made it very clear that he didn’t want me to have them and if I did he would never be involved with them. We were only together for a couple of months, it wasn’t a serious relationship as I had plans to move abroad. I found out I was pregnant whilst abroad testing the waters for potentially moving there permanently the following year. I came home when 3 months pregnant and went on to have the most beautiful identical twin girls. True to his word, the father will not get involved. I did persuade him to put his name on the birth certificates but he has never seen them paid a penny towards their upbringing and although I try to remain friendly and will always leave the door open should he change his mind, I really think now the twins are 13mnths old it won’t happen.
I’m not sure if this is correct place to post such a request or even if it’s ethical for me to do so! However, is there any honest, truthful loving men out there that would like to cop aren’t the twins with me and effectively become their father figure. I’m not looking for a relationship with either anyone who replies to this post or any other person. I just want a permanent name figure in my girls life that they can look up to, trust, love and confide in. Unfortunately, I gave no other male members of my family who can fill this role. The twins just deserve a rather in their lives.
