is there any Co-Parenting success stories?

Hi guys, I just wandered if anybody had any success stories they could share. I can only find a few other cases that I could fine online and I wanted to see how others have coped in a Co-Parenting situation.
Did it work out the way you thought it would?
Did both parties keep to there end of the bargain?
Looking back would you have done anything different?

I hope people can share some of there positive and negative experiences.
