  how to establish legal rights for dad if 2 lesbians married

  anyone have any legal knowledge or understanding of how a coparenting dad can potentially make sure he has some parental rights if he has a child with a lesbian who is married to another woman (in the uk only the 2 women will be on the birth certificate)
  I am wondering if there is someway to make sure that there can be some legal tie in (possibly the parental responsibility agreement ?
