This is my first post. My fiancee and I have been together since 2003. We live in small town Iowa. About 30 minutes from the Illinois border. She had a hysterectomy before I met her so we are unable to have a child together. She is 42 and I am 34. I will be 35 in June. She has a now grown daughter, I have never had any children.

When we started dating in 2003 she told me there was no possibility of children and I thought that was great. At that time in my life kids were the furthest thing from my mind. About mid 2006 my Biological clock kicked in and we started discussing the baby situation.

Well due to low finances we were not able to adopt (plus most agencies wont talk to us because we aren’t married). It seems so silly to me that my dream to be a father is not realized because of money.

We want to raise a child. We would be willing to provide a fetus (mine) to a woman who would carry our baby as payment or part payment for helping us. At least it is something we have talked about. If a woman would carry a baby for us I’d allow her to use my sperm to have another baby.

    I’m not sure.

But I do know I will be 35 in a few months and I very much would like a baby.
