Best syringe to use for AI ?

We are looking for any advice from anyone that has succeded in the AI method.
What is the best Syringe size to use? How long after the sample is produced should you wait to put it into the syringe? Ive heard you may need to wait 15 minutes for it to liquify.
Any other tips, and advice would be great.
