    Hello everyone. My partner and I have been together for 5 years now and have been engaged for 3. We have been wanting to start a family for a while now but have been turned down by the NHS and although I have a full time job we cannot afford IVF. AI is something we have considered for a while but are worried to find the right person. Would love to hear from you if you would like to help us. Thankyou
